Susie Albin-Najera

Susie Albin-Najera is a passionate marketing, public relations and branding expert specializing in luxury travel and tourism and destination marketing.

Her expertise includes communications, special event production, entertainment, content, non-profit and international markets.

As Director of Leisure Travel & Strategic Partnerships, U.S. Market with Los Cabos Tourism Board, she oversees all operations of its Los Angeles office including positioning Los Cabos as a top tourism destination, creating strategic alliances and partnerships within the public and private sectors.

Her primary role includes promoting Los Cabos as a leading tourism destination, new business development, travel advisor training, sales and marketing, promotions, celebrity and VIP relations, content creation and designing special events for the destination. Najera is the creator of two travel blogs, Los Cabos Travel & Lifestyle and The Mexico Report, an award-winning site in its 18^th year online.

Najera serves on the Advisory Board of TravelAge West, is a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, Beverly Hills Chamber, Century City Chamber, Hollywood Chamber, ASTA, Virtuoso, Signature and more. She is an advocate for Corazon de Vida, serving the children of Baja California and previously a board member of International Community Foundation.

She has spoken on numerous industry panels and has been honored with industry awards including a Los Angeles Business Journal Women Leadership Award nomination 2025 – 2021, Women’s History Month Spotlight in Beverly Hills Living Magazine, Woman to Watch Leadership Award nomination. She is also a ‘Flight Hero’ with Give a Mile, a non-profit organization providing flights for loved ones to be together during times of palliative, critical or terminal illness through donated airline miles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor degree in Mexican American Studies from San José State University. She earned a PDM, Professional in Destination Management, certificate and is a certified Mexico and Los Cabos travel specialist as well as a global travel expert.
